Our mission is to give entrepreneurs and businesses alike the tools and guidance to successfully build and grow global, transformational companies.

We deliver a focused set of services underpinned by the latest innovation management, entrepreneurial and digital transformation frameworks and tools.  We provide coaching, mentoring and hands-on support for effective innovation management including the development, IP protection, and commercialisation of projects. Our advice allows our clients to explore and gain confidence in their innovation investments in disruptive technologies, emerging markets and business models, and their digital transformation projects in order to achieve their growth ambitions.

Capitalising on our global network of innovation practitioners, we build project teams to serve our clients' specific needs and provide appropriate subject matter expertise. Given the depth of our experience we operate a hybrid partnership style where we support in-house client resources in some cases, while we lead projects in others.

Our innovation experts are individuals with experience from both university research and working in the commercial world. We believe that this combination is critical to advise clients on emerging technologies and markets, conduct robust feasibility studies, form innovation strategies, and deliver digital transformation integrating digital technology into all areas of the business, fundamentally changing the way it operates and delivers value. Our innovation practitioners have broad experience in start-up and spin-out formation underpinned by strong intellectual property management knowledge.

During our interventions, we maximise knowledge transfer to client teams; this enables our clients to build internal capacity giving them the confidence to undertake their own change initiatives in the future. To build innovation capability, we offer professional training courses in innovation management and entrepreneurship as well as in digital transformation, and technology transfer from university research.

We have a strong track record working closely with the public and private sectors, entrepreneurs, businesses and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) assisting them to launch new ideas and to maximise value out of their innovation and technology transfer projects.

OUR STORY

We started our journey in 2009 working with many family businesses, manufacturing SMEs, and technology start-ups in the greater London area. We later developed and broadened our thinking in technology transfer and IP commercialisation from within the vibrant Oxford innovation ecosystem working for Oxford University Innovation, the technology transfer office of the University of Oxford – one of the best technology transfer offices in the world.

We got involved in numerous projects, working with and supporting high growth businesses in the UK across industries and sectors including manufacturing, waste management, publishing, IT services, and motorsport; setting up technology transfer offices for several European universities as well as developing and supporting national innovation ecosystems in many emerging economies from Southeast Asia to Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East, addressing discontinuities in policy and gaps in capability and capacity.

From these global interactions and consulting interventions, a strong understanding of innovation management, technology transfer, and entrepreneurship was formed, a need identified and a passion was born which continues today to support and advise business, government, and Higher Education institutions to build and grow global, transformational companies and national innovation ecosystems.
