  • Advising a private university on their digital transformation journey in Tbilisi, Georgia - As part of a large digital transformation project for the university we analysed current administrative processes, identified gaps, bottlenecks, and potential weaknesses. The overarching aim of the project was to improve the efficiency of processes and increase productivity while at the same time to enable the university to improve the student experience offered and scale up in a cost-effective manner, developing a competitive advantage in a crowded market. By considering international best practices, we re-designed administrative processes that will fit the university’s needs, now and in the future, enabling it to scale up in a sustainable manner. We further reviewed the currently used Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution and made recommendations for the optimal way forward enabling the university to implement a Learning Management System, a CRM and Student Information System (SIS).
